Day One

Beau has been through 24 hours of chemo at this point and is doing okay right now.  He's had a little nausea and a headache but is in good spirits.  Beau will be in the hospital during each round of chemo for 5 days.  If everything goes well, he will be out Wednesday of next week and staying at the Mosley's home.  Cards or letters can be sent to Beau here:

Thanks so much for keeping up with Beau's progress...

Beau,

The family here in Asheville, NC is lifting you up often before our Heavenly Father in prayer. Trusting Him to work all this out for your good and His glory.

Knowing you're in His Grip,
Uncle Steve

If my healing is not in Your great plan, I trust You to be with me through it all. I trust You to give me peace, to let me live with hope, to relieve any pain, and to let me know Your presence. I trust You to bring my loved ones close to me during this illness, that we might support each other, and that Your great hands might support us all. I pray that from now on, whether sick or well, I will live each day as if it were eternal, and trust my eternity to You.

He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High, who abides in the shadow of the Almighty, will say to the Lord, My refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.” Psalm 91:1-2

Stay strong for the ones that you love, and the one that love you will be here for you.

Hey Beau,
Just got home from Bible study where we prayed for you. There are lots of Californians thinking about you and asking God to keep you strong as you go through these tough days. Hang in there!

Beau,
I know that I am just one of the many that are sending you their love and prayers. If you add all of those people from across the country, their prayers are multiplied by the thousands.
I have worked in medical field for many years and I can tell you that medicine can do great things, but the power of prayer should never be underestimated.
Each day is a new gift and God will always be with you that entire day.
Keep good thought and God will be with you every step of the way.

Beau,

You are incredible! I love the latest photos of you shaving your head. I'm glad to see you still have that heart melting smile with all that you're going through. Not to mention, you're even cuter with no hair...I love it! Jessica isn't going to be able to let you out of her sight.:0) Drew and I wanted to let you know you're in our thoughts and prayers. We pray you have a speedy recovery. We can't wait to cheer you on in the ARCA series.

P.S. I was going to ship you some ICIES, but I can't figure out a way to keep them frozen. :0)

Love you,

Drew & Tina Johnson
