My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time. I never got the pleasure of meeting Beau, but through my brother, Johnathan, I felt that I knew him and your family. May God provide you the peace that passes all understanding!!

My heartfelt prayers are with you and your family. I hate that I cannot make it to the service tomorrow. Please know that all of my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I am thankful that I have been close to the Slocumb family through Seth. Be strong. Your friend Randy Ryan.

Dear Slocumb family

I was watching Speed TV tonight and the interview with David Ragan on NASCAR Victory Lane when David brought up the loss of Beau.

Out here on the west coast I didn't know David but wish to send to you all the condolences from our team and our family. Godspeed Beau and may God be with the Slocumb family.

Prayers are being uplifted continuously for the entire Slocumb & Pitts families. I know all too well that there are no words to ease the pain for you during this very difficult time. I pray you find some comfort in knowing Beau is with our Lord and Saviour and most importantly, he is no longer hurting. He has touched so many lives in his fight with this disease. He will be greatly missed. I have had the pleasure of watching all of you stay strong in your faith and not waiver at all. God will continue to give you the strength to get through the hard days. I love all of you so much.

I do not know Beau, but I have read many posts and offered many prayers. Only a great light can cast such a shadow, and the shadow testifies of the light, and Beau testified of The Light, even to the end. How happy he must have been to hear those words we all long for... "Well done!" Looking forward to meeting Beau in Heaven. Donna M. Foster
